Because your purchase is downloadable content, any product that has been downloaded cannot be refunded. If you purchased something from the store by mistake, DO NOT download it. Log into your client area and submit a support ticket. After verification that no product was downloaded from your account a refund (minus any fees passed on by the payment processor) will be placed back to the method of payment used (such as PayPal).
