Engine Related
Each Atlas product page lists its currently supported Unreal Engine versions. Always check the product page before installing an update into your project.
Download the newest version from My Downloads. Before replacing an existing plugin, close Unreal Engine and make a backup of your project.
This depends on the individual plugin. Compatibility and requirements will be listed on each product page. Please report any issues or plugin conflicts by submitting a ticket in your client portal on this site.

Sign in and open My Downloads. Your purchased products and available free Atlas products will appear there along with the current version and supported Unreal Engine versions.
Sign in to your account and open Support Tickets. You can create a ticket, select the product involved, and follow the conversation from your account.
Yes. You may use your licensed Atlas products in your own Unreal Engine projects, subject to the product license.
Atlas Toolbox is the free central hub for the Atlas Designs plugin ecosystem. It provides one place inside Unreal Editor to discover and launch installed Atlas tools and access related resources.
Yes. Atlas Toolbox is free to download and use.
Products marked In Development are Atlas tools currently being built or prepared for release. Their pages are previews and they cannot be purchased or downloaded until released.
Your My Downloads page displays the current product version. We can also use the News section for release announcements, changelogs, and important compatibility updates.

Include the Atlas product name and version, your Unreal Engine version, a description of the problem, and any relevant error messages or screenshots.
We haven't built the customer review/rating portion yet, but that's already on our client-portal list. Once implemented, verified owners should be able to rate and review products they own.
